Generally when we see the SMTP email delivering successfully, but form emails still not working, it’s a result of issues in the notification settings.
The most common issue is with the From Email. To check on this, you’ll need to open the form builder and go to Settings > Notifications. Here, you’ll see a From Email field. The email address used here must be the same email used to set up SMTP.
