Dear AUCA students, Staff and Faculty,

Christian greetings.  This serves to inform you that the Adventist University of Central Africa has adjusted the teaching timetable, in accordance with the latest cabinet resolutions of 11th  August 2021, concerning Covid-19 prevention measures. The new timetable is set as follows:

Session One: 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Session Two: 10:10 AM to 12:400 PM
Session Three: 01:30 PM to 04:00 PM
Session Four: 04:10 PM to 08:400 PM (evening classes).

The new timetable is to be observed by all teachers and students until new order. Due to the fact that we need to catch up in the next 3 weeks, all lecturers are requested to give more materials for reading, many take-home assignments, use moodle as much as they can.
As we aim high at serving our esteemed students and closing the academic year 2020/2021 in style, evening lecturers should also schedule together with the students evening sessions (via Zoom, YouTube, Google Meet, Webex, etc) when they are at home so that they too can catch up.
I take this opportunity to thank everyone again for the commitment to serve in the Lord’s vineyard despite the busy schedule. AUCA community are reminded of the urgency to strictly adhere to COVID-19 prevention measures. Failure to comply with the guidelines will lead to disciplinary measures.
